Everything. Comfortable and clean. Everyday we got fresh towels and bins emptied without miss. Plenty of toiletries. The staff are ao accommodating and always ready to help. Everyone of them😊 big shout out Nancy. She helped us with translation at the post office transferring our luggage from nishikasai to nishinari. Thank you to the managers for allowing her to make time for us😊 Everything is conveniently situated close to the hotel within mins walk. Train station less than 6mins walk/ 7Eleven&lawson is 3mins walk. Many places to eat. Mcdonalds also close by. You will never be disappointed. Also has a shuttle for Disney- just make sure to book in advance. Thank you for making our first trip a memorable one Hotel Monday🤗😊

The staff are awesome! There's very nice views from the windows. Lots of places to eat around. 7-11 is right at the intersection, 2 min walk. The place is kept clean daily (garbage and towel changes)

The hotel is located very close to a subway station, as well as the taxi stand at that subway station. The hotel staff was incredible and there are free amenities in the lobby. The room was small but clean, it was well worth what we paid for it. The room was also surprisingly quiet for it being such a small hotel.

One of the best stays I’ve had! First time visiting Tokyo and I am thoroughly impressed by this hotel. First, it is extremely convenient to transportation and food/shops (basically a few footsteps you have blocks and blocks of options many of which are open late and a few 24 hr ones). Most importantly, it is easy to find and I felt very safe at all hours of the day as a solo traveler.Check in was super smooth, all the facilities, common area and most importantly the rooms are very clean and very well maintained. I enjoyed my stay so much and appreciate the cleanliness, convenience and friendliness of the staff. I will be returning likely to try another location at some point.
