I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, whether it was recommending restaurants or helping me with any issues I encountered. The hotel itself is located in a fantastic spot, with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's commitment to sustainability, with eco-friendly initiatives. The free amenities were a lovely touch. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Special thanks to our guardian angel Karen from Hong Kong from the front desk for taking care of us and warning us about logistic problems in our itinerary that we avoided in the end! Note for the hotel: you will get more good reviews on TripAdvisor or Booking.com if you invest into hiring more foreigners in reception, because in Japan room service is pretty much equally good everywhere but only in few hotels the receptionists speak good English and can fulfill the customers expectations (so they do not feel frustrated like it happens on a daily basis while trying to communicate into Japan)

The hotel also provides a shuttle to and from Disney Parks - you just have to book in advance on their website. On the same floor, there are coin laundry machines, a microwave, and a vending machine. At night, hot coffee/tea and light snacks are offered in the lobby. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly! I would stay here again with my family.

The location is near the train station of Nishi Kasai and it has a free shuttle to Disney that you book in advance. The hotel is an across the road to food eateries & 7/11. There is a Microwave, washing machine, vending machine and ice dispenser in the hotel for guests to use. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel!
